Volleyball Recap: Waukesha West Makes It Four in a Row on the Road

Waukesha West not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 23rd (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Catholic Memorial Crusaders as they made off with a 3-0 win. Surprisingly, this marked the Wolverines' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-23, 27-25.

Waukesha West pushed their record up to 24-10 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Catholic Memorial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-14.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Waukesha West and Mukwonago will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Catholic Memorial, they will challenge Grafton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
