Alleluia Community won the last time they faced Veritas Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Angels walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Gryphon. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Angels.

Alley McBride paced Alleluia Community's offense, picking up 12 kills. McBride got some help from Reese Janik and her 15 assists. Janik also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Sarah Germann, each putting up two.

Alleluia Community's win bumped their record up to 25-5. As for Veritas Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-10 record this season.

Alleluia Community didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against The Habersham School on the 3rd. Veritas Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
