Volleyball Recap: Pike County Bulldogs vs. Straughn Tigers
Pike County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Straughn Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-6, 25-8.
Pike County now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Straughn, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-4 record.
Pike County will take on Opp at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Straughn, they will be playing at home against Geneva at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
