Franklin Academy extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Cam Keating. The Franklin Academy Huskies walked away with a 59-51 victory over the Massena Raiders on Tuesday thanks in part to Keating, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 13 boards. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points.

Ryan Hesseltine was another key player, putting up seven points and three steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in December of 2024.

Massena's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alexander Tarbell, who went 6-for-9 on his way to 16 points and five rebounds. Owen Cyrus also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

Franklin Academy's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Massena, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Franklin Academy has already played their next game, a 65-53 victory against Saranac on the 13th. As for Massena, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 56-45 loss against Lisbon Central on the 13th.
