Baseball Recap: Central A & M Comes Up Short

Central A & M fell victim to Clinton and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They fell just short of the Maroons by a score of 1-0. The Raiders have struggled against the Maroons recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Central A & M's record is now 2-12. As for Clinton, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central A & M will take on MacArthur at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Raiders are facing the Generals at the right time seeing as the Generals are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Clinton, they will face off against Riverton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
