Football Recap: Sheridan Blackhawks vs. Tri-Central Trojans
There's no place like home for Sheridan, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past the Tri-Central Trojans 29-0 at home on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Blackhawks also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2023.
Caleb Alexander had an outrageously good game as he picked up 105 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Sheridan also got a significant boost from Jaylen Arnold, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 109 yards.
Sheridan's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Tri-Central, they now also have a losing record at 1-2.
Sheridan is taking a road trip to challenge Clinton Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Sheridan focused on turnovers this week as team gave up four on Friday. As for Tri-Central, they will square off against Clinton Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
