Pueblo County waltzed into their match on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Pueblo Central Wildcats 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Hornets also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-21, 25-13.

Skyla Kopasz paced Pueblo County's offense, picking up eight kills. Kopasz got some help from Brynn Clementi and her 13 assists. Clementi was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Pueblo County's victory bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Pueblo Central, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pueblo County will square off against rival Pueblo East at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Pueblo Central is set to take on their familiar foe Pueblo South at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
