Volleyball Game Preview: Grain Valley Eagles vs. Park Hill Trojans

The Grain Valley Eagles will face off against the Park Hill Trojans at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Grain Valley has four straight wins, Park Hill has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Grain Valley challenged Ruskin on Thursday. The Eagles blew past the Golden Eagles 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-18, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Park Hill came up short against Park Hill South on Thursday, falling 3-0.

While Park Hill ultimately came up short, they really made Park Hill South work, particularly in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 26-24, 25-22.

Park Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13-1. As for Grain Valley, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-7-1.
