Preview: Tylertown vs. McComb
On Friday, McComb are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Tylertown at 7:00 PM. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against McComb, but that can only make success all the sweeter.
Everything went McComb's way against Hazlehurst last Friday as they made off with a 39-6 win. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 25-0.
Meanwhile, it was all tied up at halftime, but Tylertown wasn't quite St. Martin's equal in the second half when they met last week. Tylertown took a 20-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of St. Martin.
McComb's victory lifted them to 1-0-1 while Tylertown's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if McComb can add another positive mark to their record or if Tylertown can shake off the loss and take the spring out of McComb's step.
