Baseball Recap: Georgetown Takes a Loss

Georgetown lost against Clermont Northeastern back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The G-Men took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rockets. The G-Men have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Georgetown now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Clermont Northeastern, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Georgetown is set to face off against their familiar foe Bethel-Tate at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Clermont Northeastern will take on rival Williamsburg at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
