Basketball Game Preview: The Ambrose School Archers vs. Nampa Christian Trojans

The Ambrose School and Nampa Christian are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2021, but not for long. The Ambrose School Archers will be playing at home against the Nampa Christian Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

The Ambrose School is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering New Plymouth just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 49-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pilgrims.

Meanwhile, Nampa Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Melba, falling 54-32.

Nampa Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for The Ambrose School, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

The Ambrose School beat Nampa Christian 48-38 in their previous meeting back in February. Will The Ambrose School repeat their success, or does Nampa Christian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
