Volleyball Recap: Rock Creek Extends Winning Streak to Three

Rock Creek waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Baldwin Bulldogs by a score of 2-0.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Rock Creek was: they took both sets by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-7.

Their offense was headlined by Brynna Zoeller and Ambree Portelli, who picked up seven kills apiece. Zoeller really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 16. Ellie Prather controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Rock Creek's victory bumped their record up to 31-6. As for Baldwin, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 19 of their last 23 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-26-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Rock Creek nor Baldwin have any future games scheduled.
