Baseball Recap: Coral Park Comes Up Short

Coral Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 9-2 to the Immaculata-La Salle Royal Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the 11-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Coral Park's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Immaculata-La Salle, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Coral Park will face off against Miami Beach at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Immaculata-La Salle, they will square off against Goleman at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
