Basketball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central lost to Oak Park back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indians were outmatched by the Northmen and fell 71-31. The game marked the Indians' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Central has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Oak Park, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Central will head out to square off against North Kansas City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Oak Park, they will venture away from home to challenge Park Hill South at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
