Basketball Recap: Jefferson Township Comes Up Short

If Jefferson Township was riding high fresh off their 73-41 takedown of East Dayton Christian on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Jefferson Township Broncos were outmatched by the Lockland Panthers and fell 71-38.

Jefferson Township's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Lockland, their win bumped their record up to 2-9.

Jefferson Township will host Riverview East Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lockland, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Lockland Panthers duke it out with the Deer Park Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Deer Park has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 190 points over their last three games.
