Softball Recap: Greensboro Takes a Loss

The matchup between Greensboro and Hale County on Tuesday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Raiders lost 17-2 to the Wildcats. The defeat leaves the Raiders still looking for their first win of the season.

Greensboro's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Hale County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.

Looking ahead, Greensboro will venture away from home to take on Keith at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hale County, they will welcome Sipsey Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats are facing the Bears at the right time seeing as the Bears are stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
