Lanier County came into Saturday's contest looking for another win against Irwin County, but Aaliyah Austin wouldn't allow it. The Irwin County Indians managed a 55-51 victory over the Lanier County Bulldogs on Saturday thanks in part to Austin, who dropped a double-double on 35 points and 11 rebounds. The game was her fourth in a row with at least 21 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklyn Gordon, who posted six points along with 13 boards and three steals. She has been hot for a while, having posted eight or more rebounds the last 12 times she's played.

Irwin County's record is now 10-14. As for Lanier County, their loss dropped their record down to 12-12.

As of now, neither Irwin County nor Lanier County have any future games scheduled.
