Basketball Game Preview: Legacy Lightning vs. Mountain Range Mustangs + Official Tickets

The Legacy Lightning will take on the Mountain Range Mustangs in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Legacy has given up an average of 60.7 points per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Tuesday, Legacy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 63-58 to Rocky Mountain. The Lightning have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mountain Range's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Legacy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Legacy didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Mountain Range in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 62-56 victory. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Mustangs' Moses West, who shot 65% from the field en route to 28 points and five boards.
