Volleyball Recap: Jasper Wildcats vs. Greensburg Pirates
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Jasper had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Greensburg Pirates 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wildcats have posted since September 27th.

Jasper was led to victory by Caroline Schipp and Addie Schnarr. Schipp had 14 digs, while Schnarr had seven kills and three digs. Those 14 digs gave Schipp a new career-high.
Despite the loss, Greensburg still got an impressive performance from Lauren Powers, who had nine digs and two assists.
Jasper has been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-11 record this season. As for Greensburg, with the loss, they broke their 25-match winning streak and moved their record to 28-2.
