Beachside had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the four-goal drubbing they dealt Tocoi Creek on Friday. The Barracudas never let the Toros get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Beachside, who have now won four matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Beachside's win bumped their record up to 7-2-1. As for Tocoi Creek, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 7-1-1.

Beachside and Tocoi Creek should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings. The Barracudas will face off against Stanton at 7:20 p.m. on Monday with a big rank advantage (57 vs. 331). Meanwhile, Tocoi Creek (ranked 14th) will meet Bartram Trail (ranked 104th) at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
