Mt. Pleasant entered their tilt with Greensburg Salem on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Golden Lions by a score of 42-29. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Golden Lions, too.
Despite the loss, Greensburg Salem still got an impressive performance from Brody Chismar, who threw for 255 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 11.1 yards per attempt, and also punched in two scores on the ground. A healthy portion of Chismar's aerial production (95 yards to be exact) went to Maxim Topper, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.
Mt. Pleasant's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Greensburg Salem, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
