Kolbe-Cathedral has gone a perfect 3-0 against Crosby recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Kolbe-Cathedral Cougars will challenge the Crosby Bulldogs at 1:00 p.m. That match will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Lucas Pivovar and CJ Mcrae.

Kolbe-Cathedral is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Bunnell on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Kolbe-Cathedral had to suffer through an 82-50 loss at the hands of Bunnell. The Cougars were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-18.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Crosby, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They walked away with a 71-60 win over Holy Cross on Friday.

Crosby is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 13-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.5 points over those games. As for Kolbe-Cathedral, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 12-8.

Kolbe-Cathedral beat Crosby 67-57 in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Will Kolbe-Cathedral repeat their success, or does Crosby have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
