Softball Recap: DeForest Takes a Loss

DeForest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Hudson Raiders, falling 12-1.

DeForest's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Hudson, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. DeForest will take on Watertown at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Norskies' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Goslings have averaged an impressive 7 runs per game this season. As for Hudson, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Chippewa Falls at 4:30 p.m.
