Football Recap: Ipswich Takes a Loss

Ipswich played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 34-14 to the Lynnfield Pioneers. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Pioneers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Luke Disilvio was a one-man wrecking crew For Lynnfield. as he picked up 147 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 45 yards and one TD. Those 45 rushing yards gave Disilvio a new career-high. Matt Tracy was another key player, throwing for 232 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes.

Ipswich now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Lynnfield, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
