Baseball Recap: Dundee Comes Up Short

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Dundee and Onsted had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Vikings lost 15-4 to the Wildcats on Wednesday. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Dundee saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Mason, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double.

Dundee now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Onsted, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

Dundee will challenge Whiteford at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Onsted, they will venture away from home to take on Concord at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
