Football Recap: Hurricane Takes a Loss

Hurricane's last matchup with Huntington could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Friday. The Redskins took a blow against the Highlanders, falling 68-20. The loss continues a trend for the Redskins in their meetings with the Highlanders: they've now lost five in a row.

Hurricane's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Huntington, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Hurricane will take on rival Cabell Midland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Huntington is set to square off against their familiar foe Capital at 7:30 p.m. on October 3.
