Basketball Recap: Mount Si Piles Up the Points Against Bothell/Inglemoor

It was a proper cat-fight when Mount Si took on Bothell/Inglemoor on Saturday. The Mount Si Wildcats simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bothell/Inglemoor Cougars 87-60. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 21st, while the Cougars are ranked 204th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Mount Si is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.4 points over those games. As for Bothell/Inglemoor, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Mount Si didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 87-60 victory against Bothell on the 8th. Bothell/Inglemoor does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
