Basketball Recap: Wortham Comes Up Short

Wortham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Frost Polar Bears, falling 64-12. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-0.

Wortham's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Frost, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-8.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Hubbard the next time they take the court. Frost will host Hubbard at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Wortham will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
