Softball Recap: Field Takes a Loss

It was a Battle of the Birds when Field faced off against GlenOak on Saturday. The Falcons took an 11-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Golden Eagles. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Field's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for GlenOak, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Field didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 8-0 victory against Woodridge on the 21st. As for GlenOak, they have also already played their next matchup, a 4-0 win against Perry on the 22nd.
