It was a good run, but Medina unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-match winning streak on Wednesday. Neither they nor the Strongsville Mustangs could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time Medina have been dealt a draw since back in September.

With that draw, Medina's record moves to 13-0-3. Meanwhile, Strongsville's record is now 11-3-3.

Medina and Strongsville should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Battling Bees (ranked 19th) will meet McKinley (ranked 438th) at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Strongsville will take on Lorain at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (28 vs. 477).
