Softball Game Preview: Littlerock Lobos vs. Highland Bulldogs

Littlerock is 0-10 against Highland since April of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. The Littlerock Lobos will take on the Highland Bulldogs at 3:15 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Littlerock can't be to happy about their upcoming road matchup considering what happened when they opened their season on the away from home on Tuesday. They lost 15-4 to Knight.

Meanwhile, Highland came up short against Apple Valley on Saturday and fell 6-3. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Highland saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kenzie Martinez, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Even though they lost, Highland hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. This was only their first loss (out of four games) when they post two or more strikeouts.

Littlerock suffered a grim 11-0 defeat to Highland in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. Can Littlerock avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
