Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake Havasu). They claimed a resounding 63-0 win over the Sierra Linda Bulldogs. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Knights considering their seven-point performance the game before.

McKenna Nutt was her usual excellent self, throwing for 229 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 passes, while also rushing for 33 yards and a pair of scores. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in rushing touchdowns (two). Audrey French also helped with two TDs in total.

Lake Havasu didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Elliot Reinhard, Tima Atassi, and Bryn Farshler picked up one apiece. Reinhard got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Lake Havasu's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Sierra Linda, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Havasu will take on Desert Edge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sierra Linda, they will square off against Fairfax at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
