Soccer Recap: Champion Takes a Loss

Champion's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Springfield Tigers. Champion were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Springfield apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Champion's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Springfield, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Champion will head out to face off against LaBrae at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Springfield, they will venture away from home to challenge Cardinal Mooney at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
