While Clayton might've come up empty on Wednesday, Davis Duty wasn't going down without a fight. Duty was dynamite, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
