Basketball Recap: Global Studies Takes a Loss

On Monday, Global Studies didn't have quite enough to beat the Belleville Buccaneers and fell 51-49. Global Studies has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Global Studies' defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Belleville, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-13.

Global Studies will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Newark Central at 7:00 p.m. on February 20th. Belleville has already played their next contest (against Passaic Arts & Science Charter), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
