Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dickson County). They came out on top against the Springfield Yellow Jackets by a score of 77-66 on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Dickson County's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.5 points per game. As for Springfield, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dickson County and Fairview will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Springfield will take on Mount Juliet in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Springfield is facing Mount Juliet at the right time seeing as Mount Juliet is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
