Baseball Recap: Avery Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Avery can now relate to. They came up short against Union Hill on Thursday, falling 15-5. Avery hasn't had much luck with Union Hill recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Avery's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Union Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season.
