Basketball Recap: Deer Lakes Extends Road Winning Streak to 11

Deer Lakes waltzed into their match on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They strolled past the Valley Vikings with points to spare, taking the game 78-59. The Lancers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

Deer Lakes pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.7 points per game. As for Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
