Basketball Game Preview: Trion Bulldogs vs. Elite Scholars Academy Royal Knights

The Trion Bulldogs just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Elite Scholars Academy Royal Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Trion and nine for Elite Scholars Academy.

On Monday, Trion was beaten by Christian Heritage 79-47. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 388th, while the Lions are ranked 132nd).

Meanwhile, Elite Scholars Academy took a blow against Manchester on Tuesday, falling 72-40.

Trion now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Elite Scholars Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.
