Lyman won the last time they faced Lander Valley and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eagles blew past the Tigers 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

While Lyman might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Lander Valley scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-20, 25-22.

Lyman's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Amy Eyre, who had 30 assists and seven digs. Eyre has been hot recently, having posted 28 or more assists the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Anya Willie, who had 13 digs and two aces.

Lyman's victory bumped their record up to 14-9-1. As for Lander Valley, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Lyman will face off against Pinedale at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lander Valley, they will challenge Rawlins at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
