Volleyball Recap: Percy Julian Takes a Loss

Percy Julian and Montgomery Academy squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Percy Julian had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Eagles. The loss continues a trend for the Phoenix in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost seven in a row.

Percy Julian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Montgomery Academy, their victory was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 38-6.

Percy Julian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Montgomery Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Stanhope Elmore on the 15th.
