It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Plainfield can now relate to. They lost 9-3 to the Brownsburg Bulldogs on Wednesday. The Quakers' loss signaled the end of their 20-game winning streak.

Kylie Fish made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with one home run. Ava Broyles was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.

Plainfield's defeat dropped their record down to 25-2. As for Brownsburg, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Plainfield nor Brownsburg have any future games scheduled.
