With a playoff win on the line, South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] rose to the challenge on Saturday. They strolled past the North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] Eagles with points to spare, taking the game 43-26. Winning may never get old, but the Mustangs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley]'s win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina], this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-3.

Looking ahead, South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] will face off against Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock/Strasburg/Zeeland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
