Volleyball Recap: Legacy Christian Academy's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Legacy Christian Academy needed a changed in momentum after dropping four straight games and they got it from Olivia Haines. Everything went the Knights' way against the Miami Valley Rams on Monday as they made off with a 3-0 win with plenty of help from Haines, who had six aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Legacy Christian Academy took every set by at least 16 points. The final score came out to 25-4, 25-9, 25-7.

Legacy Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Miami Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Legacy Christian Academy will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Rams: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
