Phillip Higgins Game Report: vs George Rogers Clark

For the first time in his career, Phillip Higgins scored a rushing touchdown on Friday. He rushed for 14 yards and one score, helping propel Frederick Douglass past George Rogers Clark by a score of 41-7. Our internal rating system judged Friday's effort as the best he's ever given (but hopefully not for long).
