After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westfield, Yorktown was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory Braves 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Braves: they've now won four in a row.

Yorktown not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory between 17 and 20 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-20, 25-18.

Mya Trammell paced Yorktown's offense, picking up 13 kills. Trammell got some help from Landree Johnson and her 38 assists. Kendall Rowray and Lyndsey Robinson kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.
