Basketball Recap: Real Life Christian Academy Extends Home Winning Streak to Six

Real Life Christian Academy had won five straight home games and Caleb Burden did his part to make it six on Monday. The Real Life Christian Academy Raptors took their match with ease, bagging a 78-37 victory over the Landmark Christian Patriots thanks in part to Burden, who went 7 for 10 en route to 14 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. Those 14 points gave him a new career-high.

The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew Johnson, who posted eight points. Those points marked the first that he's scored this season.

Real Life Christian Academy now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Landmark Christian, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Real Life Christian Academy will head out on the road to challenge Winter Haven Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Real Life Christian Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.2 points per game this season. As for Landmark Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 77-43 loss against North Kissimmee Christian on the 28th.
