            Holy Redeemer never let their opponents score on Monday. They were the clear victors by  a  21-0 margin over MMI Preparatory School. Considering the Royals have won six contests by more than five  runs this season, Monday's  blowout was nothing new.

 Anne Carter made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she  struck out eight batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (and only one walk). She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts any time she's  pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with two  runs and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Clare Grandzol and  Abby Williams did most of the damage at the plate:  Grandzol  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs, while  Williams  went a perfect 2-for-2 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and two  doubles.  Zoe Pecuch was another key player,  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI.
 Holy Redeemer  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters  in three consecutive  matchups.
Holy Redeemer's win  ended  a  three-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 9-4. As for MMI Preparatory School, their loss was  their fourth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 0-8.
