Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ryan). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Granbury Pirates 63-20 at home. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 27th, while the Pirates are ranked 548th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Quin Henigan was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 238 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes. Braeden Mussett was Henigan's top target, picking up 83 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Ryan wouldn't let Granbury keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. It was truly a group effort as D'Marcus Modester, Kharom Freeman-Wade, and Ty Galownia picked up one apiece. Ryan pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Granbury, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
