Basketball Recap: Lynbrook Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Lynbrook and West Hempstead squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Lynbrook had to settle for second. They lost 70-44 to the West Hempstead Rams. The loss was the Owls' first of the season.

Lynbrook's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-1. As for West Hempstead, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.

As of now, neither Lynbrook nor West Hempstead have any future games scheduled.
